Are your snacks really free from the big allergens?
Every recipe is made in our dedicated nut-free kitchen, and most snacks are also gluten-free and dairy-free — each product page shows its full badge list and ingredient list so you can decide in seconds.
Where does the sweetness come from if there's no added sugar?
From the fruit itself! Dates, apples and bananas do the dessert duty. We never add cane sugar, syrups or sweeteners — the sugar you see on our nutrition panels is the natural kind that arrives inside real fruit.
What ages are these for?
Most munchies suit ages 1–99 (yes, parents keep stealing them). Honey Oat Squares start at age 3 because of the honey. Every product shows its recommended age range.
How fast is delivery, and what does it cost?
Standard delivery takes 3–5 days, express gets there within 2. Delivery fees (and the free-delivery threshold) are shown at checkout before you pay — no surprises.
My kid didn't like one of the snacks. Can we return it?
